07) Add in Vanilla Extract, Sweetener and Eggs into the bowl

Add 2 teaspoons (small spoon) of Vanilla Extract and 2 tablespoons (big spoon) of Sweetener to the large bowl. Whisk 2 eggs in a jug (or a small bowl) and pour them into the large bowl.

08) Whisk the Mixture and Remove Biscuit base from the Oven

Whisk the mixture well until it is fluffy (looking like pouring cream). Remove the biscuit base from the oven and turn the oven heat down to Gas Mark 4.

09) Pour the Mixture into the Cake Tin and Return to Oven

Pour the Mixture into the cake tin on top of the biscuit base and spread it out so it is all evened out. Place the cake back in the oven for 25 minutes.

11) Turn off the Oven and Leave to Cool

When the cake is done, turn off the oven and leave the oven door to allow the cake to cool completely. Leave the cake to cool down for 45 minutes. When the cake has cooled completely, remove it from the oven.

12) Decorate the Cheesecake

Place the chocolate buttons and various berries on top of the Cheesecake as you see fit. Make sure to spread them out to make it look more appealing. Once you are happy that there are enough chocolate buttons and berries decorating the top of the cake, you are done.
